The balance is due at check-in. - Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. - We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price. Check-in & Check-out: - Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out time is 10:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. House Rules: - Guests are requested to maintain the peaceful environment of the homestay and surrounding area. - Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. - Pets are allowed with prior intimation and are subject to additional cleaning charges. - Any damage to property will be charged to the guest's account. - The management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided. Liability: - Tulsi Homestay is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. - We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. - Activities such as trekking, fishing, and river walks are undertaken at the guest's own risk.
